People are always on Twitter or Instagram eager to know what their favorite celebrity or friends are upto. Social media has been a major reason for relationships breaking. So lets put our cell phones away and communicate with one another.

Our surroundings play an important role. Therefore, we need to make sure we have positivity everywhere. Make sure we spend our time with people who are loyal to us, whom we can share our thoughts and emotions with, and whom we know won’t let us down or backstab us. Try to stay away from people you get negative vibes from or who tend to create issues in your life.

Children and adults spend most of their times playing video games; they hardly get their eyes off the screen. Nowadays, babies watch videos instead of playing. Involving yourself in outdoor activities can be a great stress reliever. There are trillions of outdoor sports you can take part in. You can take your babies out for a stroll or give them creative toys to play with. Yoga encourages you to focus more on the moment rather than on your busy day. It allows your body to settle in a state of profound rest and your mind to achieve a state of inner peace.
